Children’s rights organisation, Save the Children South Africa, has launched a compelling campaign to address the critical issue of violence against children in South Africa.

Heavy rains in Johannesburg last week claimed 6 lives including that of 3 year old Everite Chauke whose mother, Cynthia, is a participant of the Save the Children book sharing project.

5 year old Palesa had never seen a flushing toilet. That changed recently when Save the Children South Africa in partnership with GS Fencing opened newly built ablution facilities at the Sizolomphakathi community centre, in Mpumalanga.
