“I am overwhelmed by such beautiful energies of the children and the work that is being done in giving these kids an opportunity to grow. Career day inspires Limpopo pupils

Global Communications (GC) and Save the Children South Africa (SCSA) recently hosted a career day for twelve top performing grade 12 pupil from Limpopo. The event, which took place at the company’s offices in Centurion, was used as an opportunity for the pupil to learn about the importance of telecommunications and the two-way radio industry in the times of modern day technology.

Horrified by reports of the Rape of a Soweto Pupil

Save the Children South Africa (SCSA) is horrified by reports of the rape of a Grade 8 pupil from Luminis Secondary School in Diepkloof, Soweto. It is alleged that the incident took place during a school induction camp in De Deur, Vaal last Friday.
